Employee Engagement Programs
We support a culture across the Princeton Holdings group of companies that encourages employee community involvement in areas that matter to them.
Community Volunteer Program – The Community Volunteer Program annually distributes funds to charities selected by volunteering employees and their families. Employees from any of the companies within the Princeton Holdings group of companies, that meet the eligibility requirements, which include 50 hours of volunteer work in the program year, select the qualified organization that will receive a $750 donation per participating employee. Since inception in 2003, the program has donated approximately $490,000 to employee directed charities.
Read-a-thon Program – Through this initiative, employees of the Princeton Holdings group of companies have the opportunity to participate in the distribution of funds through The Cowan Foundation by engaging the children in their lives in a summer reading program. For every 10 pages read, The Foundation donates $1 towards a national or international organization.
Funds raised through the 2016 Read-a-thon program were directed to Free the Children (an organization with a strong national and international focus on education) specifically to assist them with the building of a school in Ecuador. Our 2017 Read-a-thon program will be directed to Enable Haiti to assist over 900 orphans receive education, food, shelter and care.
